DELHI - Delaware County supervisors approved a 10% real property tax exemption for qualifying fire fighters and EMS volunteers on Aug. 23.
To qualify, volunteers must reside in Delaware County, be an active member of a fire department or ambulance service for two years, and the property must be the volunteer's primary residence, among other requirements.
