DELHI - Delhi Mayor Jeffrey Gearhart outside Delhi Village Hall Monday, Nov. 13. New concrete steps have been constructed at the entrance of Delhi Village Hall, 9 Court Street, as well as a temporary handrail. The next step, Gearhart said, is to pour the concrete sidewalk, which will be done this week as long as the weather cooperates. There is a temporary entrance on the side of the building.
