Re: the article “Federal Funding Turmoil Puts Social Services at Risk”, Reporter 1/22/26, pg 1: Hats off to local officials for sounding the alarm - hope for the best, prepare for the worst. While local leaders are “...hoping for more information....”, it would be helpful to pull out the most recent internal audit of the system, and publish it, along with the name of the official having signed off on it. This will dispel any doubt that there is no fraud or misuse of funds in the public trust in DelCo.
