ONEONTA – Sandra McLean Layman, 63, of Oneonta, died Feb. 15, 2020, following a short battle with Mesothelioma cancer.
A Celebration of Life for Sandy will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, at Bookhout Funeral Home. A service will follow with the Rev. Barry Davis of the First Baptist Church of Burlington officiating.
