Snow removal will consist of all parking lots and all entrances, and overhead doorways will be shoveled out making them accessible at all times. Contractor shall perform work on a timely basis, providing around-the-clock service to permit the free movement of vehicles, as the Andes Fire District is a 24-hour emergency response organization. Contractor shall repair any damage caused and clean up all messes resulting from snow removal services.

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Walton, Delaware County, New York, via a ZOOM meeting on the 5th day of October, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to hear public opinion on Local Law 5-2020 to amend Chapter 59 ¤3 Residency of Deputy Clerk.
The Zoom meeting information will be published on villageofwalton.com and the Village of Walton Facebook Page. Questions and comments can also be submitted at the Village Hall or by email to vclerk@stny.rr.com .
All interested parties and citizens will be heard who are for or against this addition. A copy of the resolution is available for inspection at the Village Hall during regular business hours.

The Walton Town Board is seeking bids for the repair of a section of roof and repair to a section of the interior due to water damage. Interested bidders may contact the Walton Town Clerk to set up an appointment for review of the area in question by calling 607-865-5766. Bids will be received by the Walton Town Clerk, at 129 North Street, Walton, NY 13856 until 11:00 a.m. on the
2nd day of October 2020
, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for Roof Repair” and must include a non-collusion bidding certificate. The Town of Walton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept only those most advantageous to the Town.
