PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Bovina shall hold a Public Hearing on June 8, 2021 at 6:00pm, regarding a modification to the Cable TV Franchise Agreement entered into between the Town of Bovina and DTC Cable, Inc., dated December 11, 2018 (“Agreement”). The proposed modification is being made pursuant to Section 2(C) of the Agreement, to incorporate a new provision into Section 14 Ð Franchise Fees, to confirm the payment of a franchise fee will only be required under certain stated conditions. Pursuant to the modification, any franchise fee that has been assessed to a subscriber in the Town from January 2021 to April 2021 will be credited back to the subscriber. The public hearing will be held at the Bovina Community Hall located at 1866 County Highway 6, Bovina, NY 13740.
