Sealed bids for the Deposit Community Park, Inc., in Deposit, NY will be received until July 9th, 2020, 2:00 pm local time. Deliver Deposit Bid Proposals to: Deposit Community Park, Inc. (DCP), C/O Luke Tucker, 8 Leonard Way, Deposit, NY 13754. A summary of the bids received will be available to the public the following week upon request. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents and must be accompanied by references of similar projects and a Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Bank Check in the amount of (5%) five percent of the bid amount. The Deposit Community Park, Inc.
