Joan E. Luscomb, 85, of Downsville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at O’Connor Hospital in Delhi following a long illness. A graveside service to celebrate Joan’s life will be held on Friday, Oct. 23, at 11 a.m. at Harvard Cemetery, Hancock, with Pastor Yancy Brown officiating. A celebration of life service will be held in the spring at a day and time to be announced.
