ONEONTA – C. Richard “Dick” Pindar, 90, of Oneonta, died Jan. 22, 2020, at Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, or Susquehanna SPCA building fund.
