The Friends of Bramley Mountain Fire Tower (FOBMFT) are working to return the historic fire tower to the summit of Bramley Mountain for the enjoyment of both local and visiting hikers. Construction of the tower is slated to begin in summer 2024, and have announced that William and Katherine Aubrey have pledged a $5,000 matching gift to the project.
The Aubreys are members of the Catskill 3500 Club, reside in Pennsylvania and spend two months a year in the Catskills.
FOBMFT are grateful for this gift which will ensure the funds needed for construction and for ongoing expenses in the future.
