Blood donor opportunities in Sidney, Oneonta March 6

Posted

The American Red Cross is experiencing an emergency blood shortage. In response, Bassett Healthcare Network encourages community members to consider donating blood. Two opportunities, but donating at any local blood drive directly supports our network’s blood supply and potentially saves the life of a neighbor.

Bassett’s FoxCare Center and A.O. Fox Hospital - Tri-Town Campus will host blood drives with the American Red Cross March 6 at FoxCare Center, Oneonta, from 12 to 5 p.m., conference room 1 at FoxCare Center, 1 FoxCare Drive, Oneonta, and at A.O. Fox Hospital - Tri-Town Campus, Sidney, Wednesday, March 6, from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m., in the second floor conference room, 43 Pearl Street West, Sidney.

Appointments are available and walk-ins are welcome. Appointments may be made by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767), visit www.redcrossblood.org, or use the American Red Cross Blood Donor App.
