Annemarie Schmid was born Dec. 16, 1946, in Elgg Switzerland. She died Nov. 26, 2023.
Annemarie married Walter Schmid on Dec. 9, 1971. For many years they farmed in the town of Bloomville.
Besides her husband, Annemarie is survived by a son Daniel and a daughter Katrin, along with their families.
She was predeceased by a son, Norman, who died in 1977.
Annemarie is also survived by a brother, Oskar Mebold, and his family in Switzerland, and several cousins in Switzerland.
Annemarie requested to be cremated. Her ashes are to be joined with her son Norman’s and will be thrown to the wind.
At Annemarie’s request there will be no funeral services and it is requested that no flowers are sent.
