DELHI — The Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival is returning for its fifth year, promising a full day of wellness, movement, and community on July 26. For the first time, the event will be held on the campus of SUNY Delhi, marking a significant expansion for the growing festival.

Founded in 2021, the festival previously took place at Plattekill Mountain. Its move to Delhi accommodates rising attendance and introduces the option for overnight stays in campus residence halls.

“Plattekill Mountain will always have a special place in my heart, but this move also means attendees can stay with us on campus for a fully immersive experience,” said Raegan Reed, the festival’s founder. “Delhi is my hometown, and I love that this festival will help introduce people to our wonderful community.”

The one-day, family-friendly event features a diverse lineup of yoga and movement classes—from Hatha, Kundalini and Vinyasa to aerial, trapeze, paddleboard and kids’ yoga—alongside guided plant walks, floating sound baths, and wellness workshops. A vendor marketplace will offer massage, tarot readings, energy healing, handmade goods, and artisanal creations.

Ticket options begin at $30 for general admission, with classes priced à la carte. A $165 VIP Yogi Pass includes four classes, preferred parking, breakfast, and a gift-filled tote bag. Children 12 and under can attend for $15.

Beginners are welcome, and there is something for everyone,” Reed said. Some classes are already nearing capacity.
