DELHI- Leslie McClenon, 43, Walton, was indicated by the Delaware County Grand Jury Jan. 25, and charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. McClenon was stopped for a traffic infraction by the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office and a canine search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of the controlled substances, according to a press release issued by the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office.
McClenon was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to the charges in Delaware County Court Friday, Jan. 26 and was released on recognizance.
