Walton: Wayne Bank assistant vice president announced

WALTON - Timothy Gutliph, Walton’s community office manager since 2019, has been promoted to assistant vice president.

Gutliph, as assistant vice president and community office manager, manages the daily operations of the three community offices, in addition to residential and commercial lending support, and management of municipal funds.

Gutliph earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Johnson & Wales University. He serves as treasurer of the Walton Lions Club and the Walton Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Delaware River Masonic Lodge.

Wayne Bank is a subsidiary of Norwood Financial Corp., Member FDIC, and is located in Honesdale, Pa. The bank has 29 community offices serving Wayne, Pike, Monroe, Lackawanna, and Luzerne counties in Pennsylvania, along with Delaware, Sullivan, Otsego, Ontario, and Yates counties in New York including the offices operating under the Bank of Cooperstown and Bank of the Finger Lakes brands.
