DELHI - John Macrabie, 26, Walton, pleaded not guilty to a four count indictment charging him with sex crimes involving a child, in Delaware County Court, Friday, Aug. 18.
Macrabie is charged with third-degree criminal sexual act,first-degree disseminating indecent material to a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Macrabie is accused of sending a child naked pictures of himself via a social media account to a child in an effort to engage in oral sex, and engaging in oral sex with the child in the presence of another child. Macrabie was released on recognizance with conditions, scheduled to reappear in court on Sept. 5.
