DELHI - A Walton man, Dakota R. Mann, 22, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal contempt, admitting he violated an order of protection, as part of a negotiated plea and sentence agreement, in Delaware County Court, Monday, Nov. 13.
Mann admitted to having a domestic dispute with the protected party on March 30 in the town of Walton.
As part of the negotiated agreement, Mann will be sentenced to one year in jail on Nov. 27.
