Walton Central School District Building Maintenance Mechanic Millard Gladstone recently received the inaugural James L. Day Memorial Scholarship from the New York State School Facilities Association. The award covered attendance at the association’s annual conference and expo earlier this month and recognized Gladstone’s dedication to his profession, service to his school community and potential for future leadership.
