On Tuesday, Feb. 27, Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies, investigators, and its accident reconstruction team responded to a double fatality, one-car motor vehicle accident on Franklin Depot Road in the Sidney. The occupants of the vehicle, identified as Raymond and Joan Light, 73 and 77 years old, respectively, of Walton, were pronounced deceased at the scene by emergency medical services.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
