WALTON - On Jan. 15, 2023 it was 4 degrees, like it was this morning, Frank said; but it was colder in low-lying areas in Delaware County. With this past weekend's weather event, we accumulated the average amount of precipitation for the month - and we are only half way through it! Frank is forecasting up to two inches of snow for Tuesday, Jan. 16.
