A memorial service and celebration of life will be held at the East Branch Community Church Sunday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. Vickie was born Vickie Hall and grew up in Downsville and lived in Delaware County during her younger years. She worked as an LPN at Delaware Valley Hospital, Delhi Nursing Home, and The Center for Discovery.
