Delaware County Veteran Services works with Clear Path for Veterans Southern Tier organization that cares for veterans suffering from PTSD, depression, and suicide. On Tuesday, Dec. 6, the organization will host the first open canteen, a complimentary lunch for all veterans, military members, and their families at the Delhi American Legion Post, 41 Page Avenue, Delhi. The event will be an opportunity for veterans to enjoy a free meal, meet other veterans, and speak with the Clear Path staff.
