Joshua Shivers, 13, Franklin, took this 8-point, 140-pound buck Monday, Oct. 9 at 7 a.m. in Treadwell, using his grandfather’s hunting rifle. Josh and his dad were on the way to their hunting blind when he saw this buck and harvested him on the spot. This is Josh’s second year participating in the Youth Hunt.
