DELHI -  Delhi women’s soccer defeated Keystone College 6-0, Thursday, Sept. 7.

Senior Kayla Beers, of East Meredith, continued to display her high level of play, scoring her second goal in two matches to start off the night.

Delhi poured in two more goals before halftime, thanks to the freshman trio of Ava Battista, Lizzetta Myers and Kaitlyn Hines. Battista put away a penalty kick in the 30th minute before Myers added on in the 36th for both of their second Delhi career goals. The assist by Hines to Myers marked her first assist.

It didn’t take long for the Broncos to find the back of the net in the second half, with sophomore Shaniyah Myers slotting away an unassisted goal in the 55th minute. She ended with 11 total shots as Delhi finished with a grand total of 45 shots.
