SUNY Delhi announces an American Red Cross Lifeguarding Class to be held from Feb. 26 to April 18 on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Class time and dates are subject to change.
Attendance is mandatory at all sessions.
The lifeguard training class pretest will be Monday, Feb. 26 at 5:30 p.m. With a $45 deposit, students can sign up for a free lifeguarding class sponsored by the O’Conner Foundation. The registration form must be completed and handed in ahead of time to John Kolodziej at the SUNY Delhi Swimming Pool.
Adults can sign up at the pool for a cost of $270 payable to SUNY Delhi. Minimum age is 15 years old. Other physical requirements found on the SUNY Delhi Athletic page: delhibroncos.com
