DELHI - Misty L. Cintron, 43, of Sidney, was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison, to be followed by one year of parole, in Delaware County Court April 8.
Cintron pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance admitting she possessed and sold fentanyl in the village of Sidney on Nov. 1, 2023 and Dec. 20, 2022.
As part of the negotiated plea and sentence agreement, Cintron forfeited $1,116 seized at the time of her arrest.
