DELHI - Steven Barrows, 32, Sidney, was sentenced to 2 - 6 years in prison after admitting he violated the conditions of his probation, in Delaware County Court Aug. 14.
Barrows was serving a five year probation sentence for a third-degree burglary conviction in Otsego County Court, ordered November 2022. He admitted to violating his probation conditions by failing to participate in a court ordered program and failing to report to probation.
