DELHI - Ryan J. Wood, 36, Sidney, pleaded not guilty to a one count indictment charging him with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance in Delaware County Court, Wednesday, Feb. 14. Wood is accused of selling fentanyl in the village of Sidney on Sept. 18, 2023.
Wood was released on recognizance awaiting further court proceedings.
