Sidney man accused of stealing guns, ammunition

DELHI - A Sidney man is being held on $7,500 cash bail after pleading not guilty to an indictment accusing him of breaking into a Masonville home and stealing guns and ammunition.

Randy L. Condon, 37, was indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury Aug. 3, charging him with three felonies which include second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree grand larceny. Condon is alleged to have unlawfully entered the home on April 25 and stolen items.

Condon awaits further court proceedings.
