SIDNEY — The Friends of the Libraries at the Sidney Memorial Public Library will host their annual Spring Grand Book Sale from April 23 through April 25 in the library’s Smart Community Room.
The three-day sale opens Thursday, April 23, from 4 to 7 p.m., continues Friday, April 24, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and concludes Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Organizers say the event will feature a wide selection of books for readers of all ages and interests, offering an opportunity for the community to stock up on reading material while supporting the library.
The sale, a seasonal fixture in Sidney, draws both dedicated readers and casual browsers — a reminder that even in a digital age, the appeal of a well-worn paperback or an unexpected find remains undiminished.
