SIDNEY — Sidney Mayor Ray Baker and trustees recognized longtime employee Shane Nordberg, chief wastewater treatment plant operator, on Monday, Aug. 18, as he prepares to retire after 37 years with the village. Nordberg’s last day will be Thursday, Aug. 21.
