Delaware County Sheriff Craig S. DuMond held an annual Employees Awards Ceremony Monday, Feb. 26. The program was implemented in 2020 to recognize outstanding employee accomplishments and achievements that align with the agency’s overall mission and values.  

The following staff was recognized:

Service Milestone Awards

Ten Years of Service: Corrections LPN Rosemary Balcom, Road Patrol Cpl. Kyle Karcher, Assistant to the Sheriff Jessica Miller.

Superstar Award: Corrections Officers Arthur Cash and Amanda Hoehl, Civil Officer Robert Mantzouratos. 

Distinguished Service Award: Corrections Corporal Bryce Charles, Corrections Officers Elizabeth Cherry, Cameron Critti, Nicholas Empara, Ethan Schmid, Deputy Sheriffs Victor Altheim, Timothy Tryon, Logan Flavell and Justin Mohr.

Civilian Employee of the Year Award: Angela Moore.

Corrections Officer of the Year Award: Corrections Officer Amanda Hoehl. 

Deputy Sheriff of the Year Award: Deputy Sheriff Justin Mohr.
