It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Raymond E. Cole, 75, who left us on Dec. 2, 2025, at the age of 75 at AO Fox Hospital in Oneonta. He was born April 3, 1950 in Walton, to his parents Philip Cole and Marian (McClenon) Cole.

Ray was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and G-Pop. He was a dedicated laborer, and true friend to many. He worked tirelessly with the New York State Department of Transportation, where his contributions helped pave the way for countless travelers across our beautiful state.
