DELHI - Feb. 14 is the deadline for change of party enrollment for the June primary. Any change of enrollment made between Feb. 15 and July 5 will be effective July 5.
Current state Election Law allows a voter to change their party enrollment at most times during the year without a waiting period.
However, any political party change made during the holding period won’t take effect until after the June 27 primary election.
2023 is a local election year.
