The Delhi Police Training Division held the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Instructor Development Course at the Public Safety Building in Delhi, Jan. 8 - 12, where 10 officers successfully completed requirements for General Topics Police Instructor certification. Facilitated by Delhi Police Training Coordinator James H. Small, the class included two local officers including Colchester Police Officer Richard Bell, who completed his master police instructor certification and Walton Police Officer Katy Mitchell who completed her basic general topics instructor certification.
