Patrick A. Ladd, 40, Walton, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. As part of the traffic stop which resulted in Ladd’s arrest, Leslie McClenon, 43, Walton, was also arrested and charged with unlicensed operator, no turn signal, failure to yield and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. McClenon was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Walton Village Court. Ladd was held at the Delaware County Jail for centralized arraignment.
John Necci, 60, Portlandville, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Necci was issued a appearance ticket to answer the charges in Davenport Town Court.
