Delaware County Sheriff’s Office 

Samone Wilson, 34, Oneonta, was arrested on a Davenport Town Court warrant for failure to appear to answer a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. 

Catherine M. Quintard, 38, Saugerties, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, speed in zone and obstructed plate following a traffic stop. Quintard was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Middletown Town Court.

Matthew Hubbard, 37, Walton, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked registration and operating a motor vehicle without insurance following a traffic stop. Hubbard was issued traffic tickets to answer the charges in Colchester Town Court.

Robert Anderson, 46, Oneonta, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. Anderson was issued traffic summonses and an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Hamden Town Court.

Timothy Taylor, 20, Starlight, Pa., was arrested Feb. 2 on a probation warrant. Taylor was arraigned at centralized arraignment.

Amanda McEntee, 29, Masonville, was arrested Jan. 24 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. McEntee was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Masonville Town Court.

Sophie R. Shalhoub, 30, Meredith, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Shalhoub was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Meredith Town Court.

Adam Robinson, 27, Walton, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with petit larceny in connection with a reported larceny complaint on Sept. 11, 2023. Robinson was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Davenport Town Court.

Jennifer L. Williams, 43, no address provided, was arrested Feb. 7 on a warrant charging Williams with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Williams was held at the Delaware County Jail without bail.

Antonio Andrial, 46, of Staten Island, was arrested Feb. 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely, speed not reasonable and failing to stop at a stop sign. Andrial was issued traffic summonses and an appearance ticket to answer the charges in  to the Town of Middletown Court.

Dennis Slater, 73, Roxbury, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with second-degree trespass and second-degree harassment of a regulated tenant. Slater was held at the Delaware County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Barbara Stoesser, 33, Davenport, was arrested Feb. 9 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, speed in zone and inadequate stop lamps, following a traffic stop. Stoesser was issued traffic tickets to answer the charges in Harpersfield Town Court.

Adrienne Caldwell, 43, Earlville, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with first-degree introducing dangerous contraband into prison, after entering the Delaware County Jail on unrelated charges and a search of her personal property revealed dangerous contraband. Caldwell was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

Sidney Police Department

Jaclyn R. Miles, 33, Sidney, was arrested Jan. 26 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Daniel A. Lopez, 32, Sidney, was arrested Jan. 27 on a Sidney Village Court warrant for failure to appear.

Brett T. Hufnagle, 28, Norwich, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Gary Miller, 75, Sidney, was arrested Feb. 1 on a probation warrant.

Timothy L. White, 36, Oneonta, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Thomas R. Dugan III, 40, Sidney, was arrested Feb. 3 on a Sidney Village Court warrant for failure to appear.

Adrienne Caldwell, 42, Earlville, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny.

Robert H. Smith, 52, Sidney, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Stephanie L. Stevens, 35, Sidney, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with suspended registration.

James Rehm, 38, Sidney, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Melissa Mosier-Astalos, 42, Sidney, was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with second-degree harassment.

New York State Police

Jonathan R. Hynes, 43, Stanmford, was arrested Feb. 7 by Oneonta State Police and charged with driving while intoxicated. Hynes was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Stamford Village Court.

Stephanie N. White, 38 Sidney, was arrested by Sidney State Police Feb. 12 and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, tampering with evidence and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
