Kyle Buckley, 26, Masonville, was arrested Nov. 7 on a Hamden Town Court warrant for failure to appear to answer charges of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and improper passing on the right. Buckley was released to answer the charges in Hamden Town Court.
Jonathan Stein, 26, Delhi, was arrested on Nov. 7 on a Otsego County Court warrant on a charge of first-degree criminal contempt. Stein was turned over to Cooperstown Police to answer the charge.
Otsego County Sheriff’s Office
James L. Clark, 41, Stamford, was arrested Nov. 9 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop. Clark was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Oneonta Town Court.
