Walton Police Department
Alisha S. Dean, 35, of Walton, was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with two misdemeanors under the Ag & Markets Law - failing to provide sustenance for domestic animals. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Walton Court at a later date.
Sarah C. Rosenfield, 31, of LaGrangeville, was arrested twice Sept. 12, charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and two counts of operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway. She was issued appearance tickets returnable to Walton Village Court on the first arrest. On the second arrest she was transported to Delaware County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Carolyn Covell, 33, of Walton was arrested on Sept. 20 on a bench warrant issued by Walton Village Court for failure to comply with pre-trial agreement. She was transported to Delaware County Correctional Facility to await arraignment through the C.A.P. process.
New York State Police
Lucinda L. Cirigliano, 56, Bainbridge, was arrested Sept. 14 by Sidney State Police in Unadilla and charged with one count of second degree burglary. She was released on bail pending further investigation.
Aydan J. Damsky, 19, Mount Vernon, was arrested in Delhi Sept. 20 by Margaretville State Police in Delhi for operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, first degree. He was issued an appearance ticket.
Caleb C. Morelock, 23 of Afton, was arrested by Sidney State Police Sept. 21 in the town of Afton for criminal mischief third degree. He was issued an appearance ticket.
Walter L. Lewis, 41, Hancock, was arrested by Deposit State Police Sept. 19 in the town of Deposit and issued an appearance ticket for flase written statement and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, third degree.

Edna A. Cering, 40, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 14 for burglary second and petit larceny.
Colby J. Gravelin, 19, of Sidney was arrested Sept. 14 for falsely reporting an incident third degree.
Jessica F. Cambier, 33, of Walton was arrested Sept. 19 on a bench warrant from the Village of Sidney Court for failing to appear.
Lauren Kavanagh, 40, of Waltham, Mass., was arrested Sept. 19 for grand larceny fourth degree, unlawful possession of personal information, identity theft and five counts of forgery second degree.
Michael H. Vogel, 31, Delhi, was arrested Sept. 19 on a bench warrant from the Village of Sidney Court for failing to appear.
Dana A. Nash Jr., 38, Sidney, was arrested Sept. 19 for criminal mischief third degree.
Shawn Springett, 52, Sidney, was arrested Sept. 20 for petit larceny.
