Delhi Police Department

Courtney O’Neill, 46, Delhi, was arrested Aug. 7 and charged with fourth-degree welfare fraud. O’Neill was arrested on a Delhi Town Court warrant Aug. 28 for failure to appear to answer the charge and released on recognizance awaiting further court proceedings.

Amanda Green, 38, no address provided, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with second-degree harassment. Green was issued a criminal summons to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

Michael Schwartz, 19, Delhi, was arrested Sept. 2 and charged with violating the village noise law. Schwartz was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

Natacha Alexis, 44, Brooklyn, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass on a Delhi Town Court warrant. Alexis was released on recognizance awaiting a further court appearance.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Office

Bradley Lockwood, 52, Delhi, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with second-degree harassment, accused of subjecting another person to unwanted physical contact. Lockwood was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

Sidney Police Department

Christopher L. Kern, 31, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with barking or howling dogs.

Paul R. Ferron, 57, Sidney, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment.

Abigayle G. Wagner, 24, Lisle, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with a suspended registration.

Codey C. Miner, 33, Sidney, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, preventing an emergency call and second-degree menacing.

Jerry DG Parkes, 31, Sidney, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with second-degree harassment.

Warren V. Folk, 54, Bainbridge, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with petit larceny.

New York State Police

Alexandria L. Johnson, 34, was arrested Sept. 11 by Oneonta State Police and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Johnson was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Davenport Town Court.

Stephen C. Tanner, 35, Deposit, was arrested Sept. 14 by Deposit State Police and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Tanner was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Deposit Town Court.
