Walton Police Department

Leanne Woolard, 35, Walton, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with petit larceny. Woolard was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Walton Village Court.

Devin Castillo, 23, Downsville, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an exhaust system violation. Castillo was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Walton Village Court. Castillo was arrested again Aug. 30 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Walton Village Court.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Office

Maria Huertajuncal, 44, Spring Valley, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, failure to keep right and uninspected motor vehicle. Huertajuncal was issued traffic summonses to answer the charges in Delhi Town Court.

Daniel P. White, 25, Delhi, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with second-degree harassment. He was issued a criminal summons to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

Robert Sargent, 65, Kortright, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief accused of driving a bulldozer on a road and damaging the road. Sargent was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Kortright Town Court.

Jolene L. Hynes, 45, Stamford, was arrested Sept. 7 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and evidence tampering, accused of attempting to conceal and destroy evidence in a July arrest for endangering the welfare of a child. Hynes was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Harpersfield Town Court.

Ila Husarenko, 61, Walton, was arrested Sept. 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely, uninspected motor vehicle, improper plates, and operating with no insurance. Husarenko was issued appearance tickets and held at the Delaware County Jail awaiting arraignment.

Travis Loucks, 34, Hobart, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with second-degree harassment. Loucks is accused of making unwanted physical contact with another person. A criminal summons was issued to answer the charge in Harpersfield Town Court.

New York State Police

Zachary J. Hoffman-Kowatch, 22, Arkville, was arrested Sept. 6 by Margaretville State Police and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated. Hoffman-Kowatch was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Middletown Town Court.

Gavin R. Tarbox, 31, Deposit, was arrested Sept. 6 by Binghamton State Police and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree criminal contempt, following a domestic dispute. Tarbox was held in police custody awaiting a court appearance.

Jason A. Lester, 42, Sidney Center, was arrested by Sidney State Police Sept. 7 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree stalking.

Devin Smallwood, 22, Hancock, was arrested Sept. 7 by Deposit State Police and charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree robbery, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree criminal use of a firearm. Smallwood was held in police custody awaiting a court proceeding.

Juan P. Diaz, 23, was arrested Sept. 7 by Deposit State Police and charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree robbery, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree criminal use of a firearm. Smallwood was held in police custody awaiting a court proceeding.

Kenneth P. Lynn, 61, East Meredith, was arrested Sept. 10 by Oneonta State Police and charged with driving while intoxicated. Lynn was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Oneonta Town Court.

Gina M. Clinton, 43, Walton, was arrested Sept. 11 by Deposit State Police and charged with second-degree assault, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Clinton was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Deposit Town Court.

Gregory W. Fennell, 42, Davenport, was arrested Sept. 11 by Oneonta State Police and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Fennell was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Davenport Town Court.

James L. Clark, 40, Roscoe, was arrested Sept. 11 by Sidney State Police and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Clark was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Unadilla Town Court.

Joshua D. Bateman, 42, Otego was arrested Sept. 11 by Sidney State Police and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs.
