Bret Wood, 33, Walton, was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with second-degree harassment following a report of a physical altercation Aug. 17, where Wood was alleged to have punched another person in the face. A criminal summons was issued to Wood to answer the charge in Walton Village Court.

Dennis Ryder, 43, Branford, Conn., was arrested Sept. 1 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Ryder was issued a traffic ticket to answer the charge in Hancock Village Court.

Mohammed Alam, 49, Brooklyn, was issued a traffic summons Aug. 30 to answer a charge of displaying a forged inspection sticker in Colchester Town Court.

Alan Donner, 75, Roscoe, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, accused of intentionally damaging another person’s vehicle following a verbal altercation in Downsville. Donner was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Colchester Town Court.

New York State Police

Leonard O. Adams, 33, Downsville, was arrested by Deposit State Police Aug. 30 and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Angelica J. Mueller, 35, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mueller was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge.

Lily Piacquadio, 60, Margaretville, was arrested Aug. 31 by Margaretville State Police and charged with two counts of unlawful eviction following a property dispute. Piacquadio was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Margaretvile Village Court.

William A. Goedel, 58, Unadilla, was arrested Sept. 1 by Oneonta State Police and charged with driving while intoxicated. Goedel was released to a third party to answer the charge in Otego Town Court.

Stephanie L. Kear, 35, Sidney, was arrested Sept. 1 by Deposit State Police and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Jessica M. Vanalstyne, 50, Sidney, was arrested Sept. 2 by Sidney State Police and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Christopher L. Somers, 35, Deposit, was arrested Sept. 2 by Deposit State Police and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
