Nicholas Wayman, 23, Bainbridge, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to turn in a driver’s license and unlicensed operator. Wayman was held at the Delaware County Jail awaiting court proceedings in Walton Town Court.
Nicole Olvera, 37, Delhi, was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely following a one-vehicle crash on state Route 28. Olvera was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Delhi Town Court.
Katie Mills, 40, Wellsville, was arrested July 29 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with improper plates. Mills was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Delhi Town Court.
Brooke Klinegardner, 27, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies made a traffic stop for no license plate lamps and discovered Klinegardner had an outstanding Delaware County Family Court warrant. Klinegardner was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges on Colchester Town Court.
John Riggs, 46, Hobart, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with second-degree harassment and trespass. Riggs was issued a criminal summons to answer the charge in Stamford Town Court.
Katie Rynerson, 52, Stamford, was arrested Aug. 22 in connection with a report of missing oxycodone at the Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, and charged with first-degree falsifying business records, tampering with evidence, three charges of fraud, one charge of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny. Rynerson was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Walton Village Court.
Cody Johnson, 38, New Kingston, was arrested Aug. 22 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Johnson was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Middletown Town Court.
Leslie S. McClenon, 42, Walton, was arrested Aug. 13 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated. McClenon was released on appearance tickets to answer the charges in Walton Town Court.
Pamela Ostrander, 45, Davenport, was arrested Aug. 14 and charged with petit larceny, accused of stealing several items from a Stamford store. Ostrander was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Stamford Town Court.
Arthur Cotton, 43, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 14 on a Chenango County Court warrant. Cotton was turned over to the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
Kim Kraemer, 51, Margaretville, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with driving while ability impaired, speed in zone, failure to keep right, unsafe start, unlicensed operator, operating a motor vehicle in violation of restrictions and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway. Kraemer was issued traffic summonses to answer the charges in Delhi Town Court.
Alan Bjorkander, 35, Walton, was arrested Aug. 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and speeding. Bjorkander was issued traffic summonses to answer the charges in Walton Town Court.
Amy Kille, 41, Walton, was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, failure to surrender license, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, failure to keep right, moved from lane unsafely, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, and operating a motor vehicle in violation of conditions. Kille was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Walton Town Court.
Leslie McClenon, 42, Walton, was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. McClenon was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Walton Town Court.

Donald A. Kern, 34, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 23 on a Sidney Village Court warrant for failure to appear.
Andrew J. Baker, 37, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with petit larceny.
Brian L. St. Martin, 40, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with driving with a suspended registration.
Kelley Bennett-Yang, 50, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with disorderly conduct.

Stanley C. McDonald, 44, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 25 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. McDonald was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Bainbridge Town Court.
Robert A. Engelhardt, 44, Margaretville, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated. Engelhardt was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Middletown Town Court.
