Delaware County Sheriff’s Office
Kyle Buckley, 26, Walton, was arrested Aug. 12 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to turn in driver’s license, unlicensed operator and no plate lamps. Buckley was issued traffic summonses to answer the charges in Colchester Town Court.
Brooke Klinegardner, 27, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 12 on a Delaware County Family Court warrant. Klinegardner was held at the Delaware County Jail, without bail, to answer the charge in Delaware County Family Court.

Brian E. Kingsbury, 49, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree bail jumping, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, resisting arrest, and on a Sidney Village Court warrant for failure to appear.
Angela Harrington, 38, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 10 on a Chenango County Family Court warrant.
Edna A. Cering, 41, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Michael S. Hazen, 47, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 16 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
New York State Police
Randy L. Condon, 37, Sidney Center, was arrested by Norwich State Police Aug. 16 and charged with second-degree burglary, petit larceny, fourth-degree grand larceny, and third-degree grand larceny. Condon was held in jail, awaiting court proceedings.
Krystynne L. Bliss, 33, Sidney, was arrested by Sidney State Police Aug. 17 and charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle. Bliss was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Sidney Town Court.
Jonathan Visilikos, 26, Roxbury, was arrested by Margaretville State Police Aug. 18 and charged with third-degree assault. Visilikos was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Middletown Town Court.
Jason A. Lester, 42, Sidney Center, was arrested by Sidney State Police Aug. 19 and charged with criminal mischief and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Lester was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Walton Town Court.
Deanna R. Eignor, 21, Margaretville, was arrested by Oneonta State Police Aug. 21 and charged with petit larceny. Eignor was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Oneonta Town Court.
Jodi Alvarez, 46, Margaretville, was arrested by Oneonta State Police Aug. 21 and charged with petit larceny. Eignor was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Oneonta Town Court.
John T. Sutton, 36, Unadilla, was arrested by Sidney State Police Aug. 21 and charged with first-degree driving while ability impaired by drugs. Sutton was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge.
