Roloson, 44, Walton, was arrested Aug. 7 and charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, three counts of second-degree unlawful imprisonment, one count of second-degree aggravated harassment and one count of second-degree disobeying a court mandate. Brandon M. Dumay, 23, Sidney, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Jose Giovanmey, 24, Hancock, was arrested Aug. 9 by Deposit State Police and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Casey M. Sprague, 26, Grand Gorge, was arrested Aug. 11 by Margaretville State Police and charged with driving while intoxicated. Sprague was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Roxbury Town Court.
Tara A. May, 37, Hobart, was arrested Aug. 11 by Margaretville State Police and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Jessica M. Winans, 23, Unadilla, was arrested Aug. 13 by Sidney State Police and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Winans was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge.
Darren E. Bell, 42, Masonville, was arrested Aug. 13 by Sidney State Police and charged with driving while intoxicated. Bell was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Masonville Town Court.
