Pauline J. Lambrecht, 94, of Walton, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 11, 2023, at home in Walton.
Pauline was born on Dec. 7, 1928, in Walton, the daughter of the late Floyd and Jennie (Puffer) Franks. On July 29, 1950, she married Anthony (Tony) Lambrecht. The couple had five children and ran an auction business on Lower Loomis Brook Road, Walton. He died March 1, 1983.
In addition to being her husband’s life and business partner, Pauline was a great baker, specializing in breads, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. She enjoyed being outside taking care of her gardens, growing vegetables and flowers. She was a former member of the Royal Rockers.
Pauline is survived by her loving family - children Jason (Mary) Lambrecht, Luanne (Leonard) Eldred, Dale (Diane) Lambrecht; grandchildren Shawn and Hope, Tammy and Mike, Beth, Tina and Jeff, Kellie and Kyle, Jeff and Mandy, Mandy and Matt, Derrick and Heather, Jared and Margaret, and Anthony; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson, plus several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony, and sons Wayne Lambrecht on Aug. 31, 1985, and Mark Lambrecht on June 24, 2019. She was also predeceased by sisters Eleanor Franks and Ruth Gifford.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 15, at 1 p.m. at Walton Cemetery, 55 Fancher Avenue, Walton, with Pastor Larry Light, officiating.
