DELHI - Autumn Transue, 30, Oneonta, was sentenced to five years probation following a guilty plea to driving while intoxicated in Delaware County Court, Wednesday, Jan. 31.
Transue admitted to driving while intoxicated on March 8, 2023 in the town of Colchester while having an out-of-state driving while intoxicated conviction in the previous 10 years. As part of Transue’s probation sentence, she must successfully complete adult treatment court. Transue’s license was revoked for one year and she is required to comply with ignition interlock conditions.
