DELHI - Edward J. Petti, 31, Oneonta was indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury March 28 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally possessing drug paraphernalia. Petti is accused of possessing fentanyl with the intent to sell it, and scales for weighing drugs on Feb. 7 in the village of Sidney.
Petti was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Delaware County Court.
