West Main Street, in Hancock, between Pennsylvania Avenue and Leonard Street, will be reduced to one lane traffic and a temporary reduction of available parking from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays until the project is complete. It is anticipated that construction will be completed by July 30, weather permitting.
