DELHI – Acting District Attorney Shawn Smith announced Thomas A. Stanley, 43, of New Berlin, appeared in Delaware County Court on July 20 and was arraigned on a sealed indictment.
The indictment alleges that Stanley intended to sell heroin, fentanyl, and methamphetamine that was discovered in the trunk of a car on April 30 in the village of Sidney. Stankley was charged with a three felonies in the six count indictment.
Stanley pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released from custody under the supervision of the Delaware County Probation Department.
